Blue Peaks Holidays Swimming Pool Cottage Munnar — Hotel in Kerala

Been there with family few days ago. Few things I observed during stay are :-

1.Outstanding Customer Service: "From the moment we arrived until departure, the staff exceeded expectations. Exceptional customer service, with a commitment to making our stay comfortable."

Impeccable Cleanliness and Maintenance: "Rooms were spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained. The hotel's cleanliness surpassed my expectations."

Comfortable Accommodations: "Beds were exceptionally comfortable.Rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with all necessary amenities."

Efficient Check-In/Check-Out: “Even though I reached 2 hours early they were ready to accommodate me. Check-in was smooth, thanks to friendly and efficient staff. Check-out was quick and hassle-free."

Food : "They provided complimentary breakfast which was simple but very tasty"

Need Attention : As the stay is located in outskirts of Munnar, a restaurant facility is must. Resort must take orders for lunch/dinner in advance, make it there and provide.

I recently stayed at this resort and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The property was extremely neat and clean, which made my stay very comfortable. The staff provided exceptional hospitality and went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met.

The resort offers great value for money with its excellent amenities and services. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The food served at the resort's (although restaurant was not available )delicious and the variety of options available catered to all tastes.

The resort's location is also worth mentioning, as it offers beautiful views and a peaceful environment. The management and staff were always available and ready to assist with any queries or requests, making me feel valued as a guest.

Just sharing my experience on the recent stay in Blue Peaks Holiday

Positives: Clean and Spacious room

Negatives: Poor breakfast (Bad idlis and chutneys) with bread and Jam.

Not a prime location if you want to experience nice weather as Munnar.

Traveling from this location to Munnar is taking almost 1 hour during weekends.

Not a great place for senior citizens as they need to use staircase and no lift available.

Service is also very average, have to wait for too long for even a water request.

If you are looking for multiple options or varieties in breakfast, this is not the place.

On day of arrival they failed to arrange dinner with the reason, all restaurants are crowded and not giving parcels. But that is not true as I was still able to get parcels from the same restaurant menu which they provided.

Overall not a great experience... You can find similar rooms with same price nearer to Munnar town for easy traveling, sight seeing and...
