Feel like home.. this is commonly used by many homestays and resorts, but it's not always true when you reach them. If you want to see a perfect example visit Blue Warm Homestay. Mr. Jose will invite you as his personal guest, take care of you like his children, and gives you a wonderful stay, just like your home, in every means of it. I was searching for a place with a good internet connection and proper amenities to stay near Pala, Kottayam, Kerala, for official purposes. Believe me, I could find this place on Google Maps with a 4.9 rating, it says 3 stars, but overall it’s 5 stars of hospitality and facilities. I strongly doubt, if there is a similarly facilitated homestay in Kerala. It's a well-maintained facility and we spend 3 nights, 3 wonderful nights in absolute peace and were able to complete our work from here without facing any problems. It was heaven for our work-from-home requirement. The internet speed was well enough and the entire facility is air-conditioned. They have a common kitchen and an indoor play area. All types of furniture are wooden and the property is right in the middle of a beautiful farm with trees fruits and vegetables. I was surprised when Mr. Jose and his partner shared a fruit from their farm called “Abiu”, which was very rare and they shared the first fruit of their farm with us. I strongly recommend for anyone who is looking for a well-facilitated stay with wonderful hospitality -reach out to Blue warm. You will never be diagnosed, cent percent sure...

We had a wonderful experience staying at Blue Warm Foundations Pvt Ltd, located just 25 kms from Vagamon. This peaceful resort, set in a serene farm environment, is the perfect get away for families looking for both relaxation and comfort.

We were a group of around 32 members (5 families) and enjoyed a truly memorable stay. The facilities were outstanding — everything was neat, clean, and hygienic, ensuring a comfortable environment for everyone. The resort offers ample space for children to play and unwind, with indoor games like chess and table tennis keeping them happily engaged. We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities such as an excellent ironing facility, which added to our convenience.

A special note of thanks to Mr. Jose (Founder & CEO) for his warm welcome and exceptional hospitality. The homely breakfast was especially enjoyable, well-prepared, and very comforting for the children. We also loved the chance to taste fresh rambutan fruit grown right on the property, which was a delightful touch to our stay.

Overall, Blue Warm Foundations Pvt Ltd gave us a peaceful, homely, and refreshing experience. We sincerely thank the entire team for making our trip so memorable and highly recommend this place to anyone planning a stay near Vagamon.

Calm and nice ambience. Newly built home stay with 2 double bedroom attached apartment and other 7 double rooms in which a total of 27 adults can easily accommodate. They had a function hall with 100+ occupancy and a table tennis table for recreational 😊 Ample parking space and just 50 meters to Amparanirappel Catholic Church ⛪️. Very near to Bharanaghanam (less than 3 km) and the road is recently machine tarred. All the facilities and infrastructure used are of great quality. The owner cum caretaker - Jose uncle is a very nice and friendly man. They are ready to arrange or customise our requirement on demand. Broad band internet and drinking water from cooler are few more advantages. Since they had kitchen and cook, we can order homely food as per our interest and preference or we can try as the kitchen is open to us 😋

Recommend for some over night company or family functions and get togethers. Also can be consider for your those who want a long days of greenery home stay facilities or a relaxed WFH...
