I recently stayed at Broad Bean, and I want to commend the receptionists for their outstanding service. Although I couldn’t remember all their names, I was genuinely impressed by their professionalism and helpfulness.
Badal, the friendly service , went above and beyond. He was always ready to assist, even coming to my room to address any needs. His customer service skills were exceptional. Joseph helped resolve sink blockages promptly, despite the less-than-ideal conditions. His dedication to ensuring guest comfort was commendable. I’d like to express my gratitude to Amalu. Her positive attitude and cultural sensitivity made a significant impact. The tradition of performing an aarathi was a delightful touch. Overall, the receptionists at Broad Bean are supportive, quick to respond, and maintain a high level of professionalism. The only minor concern was the cost of food, which was excellent but pricey.
I would need to mention the cons though: Cons: Language Barrier with labours: The labor for cleaning and activities was not language-friendly, which could be challenging for guests who do not understand Hindi. Room Issue Communication: Representatives should verify and address room issues upfront instead of informing guests later. Although it was partly our mistake, it primarily stemmed from miscommunication between the staff and the representative. Pedal Boat Incident: During our pedal boat activity, the boat stopped working in the middle of the water. This turned the activity into a stressful adventure as we struggled to return to land with a child. It was a horrible experience. Food Accessibility and Cost: Outside food options are quite far and require a cab to reach, while the food available inside the resort is expensive. MakeMyTrip Issues : The biggest concern is the hotel's reliance on MakeMyTrip (MMT). The negative behavior of MMT could discourage guests who book through them from returning to the resort next time. The delay in extending our room for one more day might have been due to MMT's confirmation process. Without MMT's involvement, I would have given the resort a 5/5 rating. However, this resort deserves a solid 4/5.

If you are ok with the rate and photographs... Then no need to read further, just book it. When i check this in google i had a picture in mind that it will be their best pictures. But when i reach here i was really happy. My happiness started when i called reception even before coming. They were ensuring that I'm taking correct way as the road works was going on. They kept on call till I'm reaching and they were sorry for the road condition which is not even their fault. Less than a km the road is bad. I'm received with a nice welcome drink. The reception staffs were very pleasant. Buggy service was there to the room. The room was exceptionally good than what i had in my mind. I was planning to go outside for lunch. But later decided to have it here itself because the cost was reasonable. The schezwan sause was too yum for my fried rice and noodles. I have chosen Dinner buffet and all the dishes were exceptionally well. I met Chef Kannan and personally Thank him for the food. He was really a nice person. I really appreciate how he managed the menu to be liked by all types of guest there. Lunch, dinner and breakfast everything was tasty. The dining area is very nice also. A wide variety of food was available for the dinner and breakfast buffet. The reason why i chose dinner from there is because of the service i got during lunch. The guys Hari, Aadithyan, Ashish or ashwin and many names i forgot, all staffs were there at your service with a smile. Whatever good the property is, the behavior of staff is the best thing, for this i will give more ratings for the staff rather than the property. Zipline was complimentary and it was ok. A small pedal boat, aturvedic spa, kids play area, indoor games, a swimming pool etc was there. The pool was well maintained and clean. I must say that their hospitality will make you happy for sure.
