Capital O Hotel Chembarathy Garden — Hotel in Kerala

Very bad experience in chembarathy hotel. We booked 2 rooms in new year time with rupees 3200. We booked the rooms using goibibo. After rached the reception he said very cruely. You have no rooms .. not showing your rooms booked. We are stopped booking from goibibo,oyo, and all online bookings. He said, we already informed to all the teams. After 1 hr talking and bargaining 1400 extra given to receptionist .He allowed the room. After paying the amount he got all details that we booked. In new year time we dont have any other option. All the other hotels are filled. That the reason behind his cheating. Dont book this hotel. Receptionist is behaving very bad. He has No respect and nothing. Dont go this hotel. Please avoid...

The ambience is perfect to chill and rate is also bit friendly. But the service is very very poor😑 if the rooftop bar is full occupied with customer, there will be only 2-3 waiters to assist and take the orders. It takes minimum 20-30 minutes to get even a single beer. We recently had this experience. We ordered a beer and it took 30 minutes to deliver. The long waiting spoils all the mood. So the people who are incharge of the rooftop bar please make sure this issue is resolved....

Hi, this hotel was selected on our counterpart as it was near to their house else we were booked for other hotel , it was a complete disaster for us in terms of Service Standard , Food and even they smile seeing you for the trouble they create by not providing the services. paid all amount to them and wish them they maintain the same kind of service standard or even they should downgrade it and still smile on guest ....it will surely result in one day other will smile upon them...
