Caravan Holiday Homes — Hotel in Kerala

I went to stay there, for a conference at a costlier resort nearby. It is not far off from the highway. Parking I can't vouch for, because I went there in a traveler, which was parked in the resort nearby. But there seems to be a car parking underground. This is a homestay, so there are facilities to cook and all. But I have no clue how you will get the gas, or electric stove, or something of that sort to cook. So make sure with people concerned before you think of doing it. I didn't find any utensils also there. Those things apart I had a pleasant stay there. Rooms are good, linen clean and bathrooms good. But the mirror there need replacement ! Toiletries are not a lot. There are not power plugs on either side of the bed, so one person has to plug in his/her mobile away from the bed. There is no breakfast. But there a local tea shop nearby, which I liked. I liked the 'puttu and kadala' there along with an egg roast ! It is not a fancy restaurant, mind you. It's just like a building which we took for rent, there is no customer service for our needs, we needed to go and knock at their reception door for fulfilling our wants. We are paying for stay but they treat us very badly. And in case of food it's wayanad and it's cold hear we get tea/ coffee in a steel utensils so it gets so cold easily and they are serving food with small quantity than we ordered. Is this what you call a resort? it's a tragic place if you like self service you can come here and enjoy by paying amount...

In addition to excelling in maintaining very high standards, their staff treated them like children.
