CasaWyna Ayur Home — Hotel in Kerala

I’ve stayed here twice now and love it every time. The views are stunning, with large glass panels in spacious rooms that open up fully to the lush Wayanad landscape, paddy fields and mountains in all their glory.

What makes it feel truly like home is the wonderful host family, who offer a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

One of my favorite things is their spice and oil store right by the road, where they sell home-ground spices and fresh coconut oil they produce themselves. The sambar podi, spices, and pickles are all fantastic.

They also run an animation school nearby, which is pretty unique.

We stayed at Casawyna for two days because of the location, view from the room, and the beautiful room. From the outside it has a very traditional look and feel and from the inside the rooms are pretty modern: perfect combination for sure. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because the service lacked a bit and I can very well attribute it to the fact it is a new establishment. Quiet and clean place with good facilities. Good service. Restaurant is not functional yet but on prior order food is arranged by the staff. Balcony view of vayal nilams with various crops.
