The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel has all amenities and comforts expected from a star category property, in a major city. And yet it manages to give a feeling of being surrounded by nature. |You can stay here for an important business trip, or for a relaxing vacation, and you will be equally satisfied both times ! And that's not something to be glossed over easily. ||On top of the above, i must also specially mention Mr. Shaji Michael, the GM. His cooperation and friendliness, makes it a pleasure to stay at this place. He keeps tab on every small details, and makes sure that even a minor issue is corrected immediately. |Ms. Veena, at the reception desk, is life saver in all the technical details and acts as a perfect interface between the guests and the hosts.|The dining was good, but for North Indian tastes, it may turn out to be a bit disappointing. |But that's made up more than enough by the warmth of the kitchen staff, who genuinely wants to serve at their best. |Overall, there's very little to complain about, and many things to be happy about. The reason my colleagues and I always choose Chand V Residency, because our head office is nearby to the property and very convenient. Each time I stayed there, had better experience than the previous stay. Amazing hospitality and service were above expectation. I would like to convey my gratitude and thanks to the housekeeping team and a special mention to 'Renju' who is super creative and talented, an artist indeed, who desired to make my room every single day, decorated it with different kind of towel arts, understanding my liking, keeping an eye on what I needed. ||Another thing to mention that, I fell sick during my stay and needed to consult doctor immediately, front office made the arrangements within couple of minutes. Also I would like to thank Mr.Sirshin,operations manager for the prompt action to arrange a cab in late night and special service .
