This is a false allegation made only to cover up your poor behavior and unprofessional service. Please do not mislead others by making baseless accusations against guests who simply shared genuine feedback. We had travelled a long distance and reached your property in the middle of the night. Before entering your area, there was a routine police check where our vehicle and IDs were verified by a police inspector. If you have any doubts, you are free to check with the local authorities. Everything was cleared, and we were allowed to proceed. If your accusations had any truth, action would’ve been taken right then and there. Instead, you are now creating false stories just to protect your reputation. Moreover, while I was trying to continue the conversation and clarify things with you on WhatsApp, you blocked me this itself proves that you were in the wrong. I’ve attached screenshots of the chat as proof. If you were confident about your claims, why block a guest mid-conversation? I would also like to highlight that you blocked me from responding to the original review, forcing me to use an alternate email ID to share my side of the story. This again shows your unwillingness to accept any form of criticism. Instead of taking responsibility and resolving the problem, you chose to argue and blame us. As a service provider, your first priority should be to solve issues not escalate them. Your behavior, including using foul language and showing disrespect, is completely unacceptable. It’s your duty to treat paying guests with dignity and ensure their stay is comfortable. An apology is the least expected, not accusations.

After a tiring journey from Bangalore, we reached the property around midnight, totally exhausted. Initially, the host Shahnawaz seemed nice and welcoming—he said things like “You are our guest, your comfort is our responsibility.” But the moment we checked in, everything changed. We had booked a 2 BHK room, and right from the start, we started hearing strange, creepy noises from inside the house. It felt really uncomfortable. When we told Irshad that we were planning to check out early, his tone suddenly became aggressive. He started using abusive language and told us to “just get lost.” Extremely rude and unprofessional.
Other issues we faced: • No drinking water was given—we were told to drink tap water. • No WiFi or basic amenities were provided, even though they were mentioned in the listing. • The so-called “pool” shown in the photos is a joke—it’s not even the size of a proper jacuzzi. • The rooms looked nothing like the pictures. From the moment we entered, we didn’t feel comfortable.
