But worst on service and behaviour (Abhilash).
We have booked the Galaxy 1 month back and taken all the confirmation with all property, like kitchen items for self cooking as they confirmed all will be available.
Once we reach the Galaxy he told he will only prepare food and give as we need to pay amount agreed the same. (Noon) But for 15 members he given less quantity and he keeps asking extra amount. Unhappy with his words.
Agin for dinner I have discussed and told him rasam, chicken gravy, rice 🍚 , also we have mentioned required more like for 15 members as he agreed but at 8.30pm he provided food for only 7 to 8 memeber can have . So we have called him and asked about food quantity, he talked worst words on us as he wants agin extra amount, the person Abhilash is only money mind. After few minutes mr Abhilash family members also came and saying in hotel also this much quantity will be provided for the amount but already we told wt ever u prefer we provide amount and paid aswell ,and they told to vacate the house if not interested at midnight went off.
Also we have completed out dinner at 12.15am and in rooms , later Abhilash and their services guys cleaning vessels and talking worst on us, because I was standing there only, I thought of asking directly but later I felt waste of taking with him.
Also we brought ingredients to prepare food and asked him he saying not able to provide and just for knife 🔪 he not given to cut the milk packet, he told to bite the milk packet and use it. Is any one will talk like this ?? Omg he is acting like anything.
Such a worst experience we faced in this RESORTS.
Also he forcefully asking us to follow galaxy instgram and also he requesting to put 5 * rating on Google , as we are came to visit places and stay we sure put review based on our sartification , but unhappy words.
Out trip was 5 days we stayed few other resorts they given good response but this guy Abhilash (GALAXY) , worst worst...

We booked this property a month in advance, confirming all details, including the availability of kitchen items for self-cooking. However, upon arrival, Abhilash informed us that he would prepare the food and we would need to pay an agreed amount. During lunch, the food provided was insufficient for 13 people, and he kept demanding additional payment. His attitude and words were unacceptable.
For dinner, we clearly communicated our requirements—rasam, chicken gravy, and rice, with enough quantity for 13 people. Although he initially agreed, by 8:30 PM, the food provided was enough for only 7–8 people. When we called to address the issue, his response was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Once again, he demanded extra payment. Shortly after, Abhilash’s family intervened, arguing that the quantity was standard for the amount paid and suggested we vacate the property if we were dissatisfied—this happened late at night.
We ended up finishing our dinner at 12:15 AM. To make matters worse, while cleaning the utensils, Abhilash and his staff were overheard speaking disrespectfully about us. When we requested basic items like a knife to cut a milk packet, he rudely refused and sarcastically suggested biting the packet open. Such behavior is utterly unacceptable.
He also pressured us to follow Galaxy on Instagram and leave a 5-star review on Google. As guests, we believe reviews should reflect genuine satisfaction, but our experience was far from satisfactory, He took our driver mobile and he only gave 5 star rating with comment for their property.
During our 5-day trip, we stayed at other resorts where the service was excellent. In comparison, our experience at Galaxy Inn, especially with Abhilash’s unprofessionalism and money-minded attitude, was the worst.

Rooms were good and pleasant, but the service provided by the Host/owner of the property is incredibly disrespectful and poor. He is very greedy of money and whatever he does is just for money. He just showcase that he does some extra help to us, but that is all for just money money . Nothing else. One example is, when we have already booked the entire property that means we can use all the area inside the house . But for him, it’s not like that. When we asked for kitchen he said we need to pay extra for that when we have already paid enough for the entire property. He dint even keep single utensils to use. Also they make a scam by cooking food for you. Please don’t ever ask them to prepare food for you … Restaurants are really better compared to what they give. They give very less quantity of whatever the food we asked for. Those guys don’t like when we question them back . The host just give fake smile and fool the people visiting there. Please don’t believe the host there. They mocked at us because we questioned them back. The host thinks that we are beggars to them and whatever they give we have to eat. Since we questioned them back they charged more for the food they gave. They also dint provide enough toiletries for 13 people.
Really disappointing and worst experience. Also the host forces people to provide 5 start reviews and follow their Instagram page which we now understand why they have almost 5 start reviews. We identified their fakeness and how they fool people . We wanted others also to know about it …. Please please think twice before going to this stay.
