Glen Brook — Hotel in Kerala

Hotel rooms are clean and well maintained.. but the mangment is very bad.. we booked 2 rooms for 6 people. Its about 800 rs for each rooms. Last moment we add 2 person in our trip so we asked them to adjst the room for 4 people... and we also ready pay extra... but the owner asked 800 rs for two people... the owner is very rude... so anyone planing to stay in this hotel. Give the exact numbr of persons. Else they will use the situation and demand money from you.. take...

Actually we went at the peak time to this hotel, He charged us 3500 for 6 people in a single room. After reaching there we get to know that there is no ventilation,No Hot water, No drinking water. We can't buy the food or water in that area because it is far away from the stores.we booked for 2 days, after seeing all these we said 1 day is enough for us. After that he asked for 1000 extra for the room we booked for one day. We paid 4500 for 1 room. Not...
