Global backwater Resorts — Hotel in Kerala

Heaven resort have so many good and so bad aspect . I will say about the good aspects. The resort have 3 rooms , one kitchen , one hall one room is bath attached and have one common bathroom . The main attraction is the water frontage view and large parking area. The resort is suitable for bachelor parties and small functions. There is only one shop near the resort to buy anything , and so many shops within 1 km. The rooms are average . We can have chill outside room without any time limit. The drawback i found is that we cannot raise much noise because its surrounded by so many houses having family . Another one is the mosquitos at night they distrub our sleep. Other wise...

This was an amazing stay experience for me cuz I've been staying here for a couple of times in the past year. And the best thing here is the view of Lake infront of you the first thing you see in the morning when you wake up. Also the rooms are cozy and good. Can have a nice tea break in the evenings or mornings in an outside lake view space. Otherwise you can grab a chilled drinks and have a party here. Best place to stay with friends it you are a person who loves to be with them and cherish some moments with them.Loved the stay also the manager was very much helpful and was there for our requests...

My stay at this hotel was an absolute disaster. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the resort staff lacked any semblance of professionalism, and the customer service was terreble. The manager, Mr. Ajin behaviour was very rude and used abusive langauage towards the people who accompanied me, and he proved that he is a of low level standard.
