🚫 Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Worth Even a Single Star! 🚫

Many reviews show 5 stars, but honestly, I had the worst experience of my life here. Don’t get fooled by the look of the resort — it’s just an outer show. Reality is completely opposite.

Here’s why no one should ever book this place:

❌ No proper power backup – We had almost 10 hours with no electricity. Imagine being stuck without fan or light!

❌ At night, you can’t even open windows/doors. Place is full of huge insects and mosquitoes. Very unsafe.

❌ Food is pathetic – breakfast is literally brought from a roadside teashop, totally unhygienic. Not even basic tea or coffee provided.

❌ No network or Wi-Fi – you are completely cut off.

❌ No proper access for cars – reaching rooms is a nightmare.

❌ No additional bed provided despite charging for it.

❌ The whole place feels haunted at night, very creepy atmosphere.

❌ No safety at all for families or kids.

❌ Staff are rude and non-cooperative.

❌ Absolutely zero amenities – not even worth calling a “resort.”

❌ Totally not worth the money – daylight robbery!

👉 Final Verdict: Don’t waste your money here. This is the most mismanaged and unsafe resort I’ve ever stayed in. The owner should seriously learn to respect guests and provide minimum facilities before charging such high rates.

I stayed at Green Veil recently with my friends for a night. The place is around 4 kms away from Peermade town , en route to the picturesque Parunthumpara tourist spot which is only 2 kms away. The place is easily accessible and you can park your vehicle right in front of your villa.||There are 3 cottages in all, with 2 bedrooms each and with attached bathrooms, a hall equipped with living, dining and a pantry, all tastefully furnished. If you are trying to escape the hustle and bustle of city life, this is an ideal place to unwind with your family or friends. There is nothing much to do but relax and enjoy the scenic views from the place. We played cricket in the nearby ground :)||Chandran, the caretaker was super helpful, very attentive and was always just a call away. They do not have a restaurant yet but will provide you with a list of available food options you can order from. ||We had a great time a the property and are looking forward to...
