Hotel Fathima Palace — Hotel in Kerala

We booked via Oyo website. The payment was accepted and the booking was confirmed 5 days prior to the stay. When we got there at night on the day of the stay, they refused to check us in claiming, there is an error in our booking. They told us that they are rethinking their tie-up with Oyo and since the commission is very low they can't allow this booking. They forced us to claim a refund by contacting Oyo customer service, for which it took a long time to connect to oyo executive. There was no other vacant rooms in there or any other hotels nearby. If they couldn't provide a room for us, they should have atleast informed us beforehand and should remove their hotel from the Oyo app. They also don't provide breakfast, lunch or dinner which is not reflected on the website but instead allow for extra payment to go through...

Worst experience. Not worth the money. I stayed here for 24 hours. Nd had a horrible experience in the washroom as the shower was damaged nd the water was splashing all the side. Nd the electricity was very poor . After that when I complained this to the staff. He changed me to the different room were the ac was not working properly. And there were no screen for the windows and the sun hit the room nd made still more hot. Paying somuch of money to this poorly maintained room is not at all worthy. Even though if we try to book delux in online . Dey will say no rooms nd give u poorly maintained rooms only. I hope they would improve all...

Good service from the guys there. Rooms are average. Booked two rooms. One was good and another was not worth. Both same rates, but one room was half of the other. If you are booking all for 2nd or 3rd floor. 4th floor rooms are not worth, even though they charged same amount. Also no lift to 4th floor. But if you go to 4th floor early morning you can see a nice sun rise. Good thing is that the guys there are very helpful. Very good service for...
