Hotel geethu international poovar — Hotel in Kerala

I recently stayed at this three star hotel and had a great experience. The Manager and staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. My room was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and modern amenities such as LED TV and free Wi-Fi. The hotel is located near neyyar river and Boating is also available. Another major attraction is Multi cuisine restaurant . Overall, I found this hotel to be a great value for the price and would definitely stay here again...

I stayed there on November 2023 and while we are vacatiing the bill not get ready,told that will mail me. That mailed bill is not reimbursed and asked original bill by ordinary post or courier and the charges will rendered by me. No response till now and denied to send through even by post. And also told an example that bank manager didn’t send any bill post a letter. No other person to despatch a letter. It’s the real status and person to stay there should aware of...

Very bad restaurant. Bad service and food. Took a total of 1.5 hrs to get the food. After 30 mins comes and tells they don't have the fish we ordered first. Ordered a juice first which we never got but they billed for it. Very bad experience and they did not acknowledge the inconveniences. Will never go back. Don't recommend.
