Hotel Highway Castle — Hotel in Kerala

Stayed here in the month of May 2018. We had booked 3 rooms. The rooms are good but the staff needs to be more courteous. The room is nice. Hotel has its own parking. It has its own restaurant. ||We checked in the evening around 7 PM and the hotel has a 24 hours policy. So our stay was supposed to end next day 7 PM. Since our plan got extended we asked them to extend our stay for another night and the hotel asked us to pay the entire price. We told them that we will checkout early morning and it was just for the night that we want to stay and we offered to pay half price, but they refused to oblige giving reasons like the system doesn't allow them to make changes. Anyways, I don't blame them for the same. ||During our stay, there was no hot water in the bathroom. The color of the water coming out of the taps was Yellow in color. When we complained they said nothing can be done. Also they refused to provide a bucket of hot water. I ordered for Veg Fried Rice and they sent me chicken that too after confirming the order thrice and almost after 3 reminders. We checked out as per our initial plan and found another similar hotel near Kasargod Bus stop for the night at half the cost of what we were ready to pay here for extension. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE:

Went there after seeing their ad about Onam sadhya .Even though priced very high, its availability was confirmed a day before and morning of onam. After reaching the hotel , a middle aged guy in the front office was arguing with customers and was refusing to serve the said dish while the same ad was still on display. when asked about it, the front office guy even resorted to make physical threats to customers. Thought it was a decent hotel in town. Management better change the misbehaving uneducated staff from front office.Never going to...

Visited couple of times. Initially we went to their executive pub. Liquor and food was overpriced there, still we expected good ambience, sadly they played some devotional flute music in the bar.😅

Then we paid overpriced bill and shifted to AC bar. Ordered their special menu. Food was pathetic. Fish and prawns were not fresh. Ambience was better there.

Second time I said no to visit their again, but they are open till 11, only for that reason went there, ordered some chicken and beef starters. This time also food was pathetic. Never...
