I recently stayed at Hotel Hillway and had an incredibly disappointing experience. Despite booking a suite room, which should come with a certain level of service and amenities, there was no breakfast available at all—not even a paid option. This lack of basic amenities is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one offering suite accommodations.

To make matters worse, the service was abysmal. The staff were not only unhelpful but also downright rude and unprofessional. Any attempt to get assistance or information was met with indifference or hostility. It is clear that customer service is not a priority at this establishment.
