Yesterday I expericed Very disgusting annoying arrogant insulting behaviour from bar supervisor veteran Mr Balakrishnan and operations manager (OM) Gopinathan. As I was a native and I am a regular coustomer every visit i was having drinks worth RS 1000+. Yesterday As I came for some relaxation at their cocktale EXECUTIVE bar facility. I drank in 2 session at worth RS 5000+ after I was about to leave this bar at 11:25 pm the bar supervisor Mr Balakrishnan came to me and started yelling unnesserly with the presence of security on duty. He was shouting at the poor security staff he advised the security to throw me out side the gate after 11:00 PM .I told him to behave properly with coustomer as I was a coustomer who paid for their services. He unnessery created a scene yesterday evening. insulted me 😌 infront of the security and reception staff for nothing. So I would like to advise who ever reading my review to Stop visiting this disgusting embaressing annoying bar hotel kabani regency karimugal from now itself please consider my experience as a lesson learn. See we are paying our hard earned money to bar counter as Debit card swiping and Google pay direct cash payment with tip amount. After all these we are getting insulation and unnessery involvement from some unknown scoundrel old speg bar supervisor balakrishnan and Gopinathan for nothing. We are spending money for mind relaxation but these country illetrate uncultured dump old retired bar staffs are earning money from us and irritating the couatomers and getting a physco happiness. Post dinner, one of our friend wanted to stayback as it was late(around 10) in night and he had to travel 2 hrs to reach his home. We went to the reception and enquired the rates. After filling up the form, suddenly the manager started demanding that we need to pay up Rs2100 that too the entire amount upfront. We said we had never experienced such a situation anywhere/any hotels where customers need to pay up the entire room rent ealry- even in their other branches.. The manager (a tamil guy) started lecturing everywhere it is the same to pat the full amount and challenged us to prove it wrong. We said, we normally stay at their other branch hotels- Muvatupuzha and never experienced such a demand. The manager did not know there were other branaches than the one in Karimugal. Everyone of us have traveled in different hotels and never have seen such an experience. We said, let's go to a nearby hotel - Marriot/Novotel and check if ee need to pay up full amount. We tried their pepper chicken curry with chapati, biryani, fish pollichathu, and ghee rice. The food was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and expertly cooked. The fish was especially memorable—soft, juicy, and beautifully presented. The waiting time was around 10-15 minutes, which is understandable given the freshness of the food.
