Hotel Midhuna International — Hotel in Kerala

I had booked this hotel online due to an urgent plan to visit Adoor for a day on my business plan. As I was not familiar with this part of Kerala, i relied on Cleartrip info for the booking the previous day of check-in.||||I had booked a standard room will a long list of amenities described on the website. Arriving at the reception itself, i started getting disappointed by the cooperation of the desk staff. they made me wait for 20 mts. It seems they don't want to give rooms at clear trips rates. The room which they offered me was a mini room with a singe bed. Had no windows or ventilators and looked like a prison- No day light or air supply. No WiFi, dirty walls and flooring and pathetic service.The additional offer in the pack was the loud banging sound of construction work which starts off at 8 AM.||||Only later I came to know that this was a bar hotel and since their license was cancelled, they some how renovated the place, pulled in rooms like pig-stays and got into hotel business. After 7 m, the parking and surrounding premises are swarming with localites who come to drink from their bar.||||Situated in a rural area and Nothing to see on the surrounding area or no places of religious/ business/shopping/leisure interest, this hotel is way side the state highway between kottarakara and Adoor. You can find better places at Adoor or Kottarakkara towns which is only at a travelling distance of 30 minutes. Check in here only if your car breaks down by this place at midnight.||||Sorry to say...but never again to this place.||||Goodbye hotel Midhuna International...Sorry...

I recently stayed at midhuna international and booked a deluxe room for ₹2500 per night. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing right from the beginning.When I first arrived, the security staff told me there were no rooms available. However, after searching online, I found the hotel's contact number, called, and was told rooms were available. This lack of communication was frustrating. After booking the room over the phone, the front office staff gave me a ₹200 discount at check-in.However, the problems didn’t stop there. The first deluxe room I was assigned was not clean, with visible dirt and an unpleasant smell. I informed the front desk, and they moved me to another deluxe room, but this one also had issues. The AC was not cooling properly and only functioned at 23 degree temperature, and the AC remote had no batteries, which made it impossible to adjust the settings.Despite the discount, I am not satisfied with my stay. The unclean rooms, miscommunication about availability, and unprofessional behavior from the security staff made the experience frustrating. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously to improve their service quality.I have taken photos of the room and would be happy...

This would be the worst stay i ever had. They are changing 2.5 k per night and service is not even worth for 1k. Washroom was pathetic. Room service was horrible. Nobody was there at reception to attend the call. After several tries i went to the reception, manager was busy in washing his car, so he didn't even asked me why did u came. Have never seen such a mess. If you are planning to stay with family, don't even think about this place. Worst part is there are no hotels near by. I repeat, do not consider this place for staying...
