Karapuzha Lakeshore Resorts Wayanad — Hotel in Kerala

A decent resort with clean rooms and a nice backyard. Last few minutes of drive to the resort is very bad because of the pathetic road condition. I wonder how difficult it is to travel during rainy seasons. There is enough car parking space. The best part of the resort is the clean neat rooms. I stayed in a standard cottage and it was maintained very well. They have a small swimming pool which is not maintained that well. They have a small kids play area. Music and campfire was arranged for us as part of the package. Take a walk through the plantations and enjoy the calmness of the place. Food was not so good and they took almost more than an hour to prepare our foods. Being Frank, the price is very very high in comparison with the ambience and the facilities available. Charged 950 per head, for a below average resort atmosphere.

Breakfast Food is the most pathetic part, all resorts are providing good food options for the price we pay. With many resorts having Breakfast options of Bread,Jam,Poori, etc etc. Here they served only idli and dosa.

We were a group of 8-10 peoples, I dont need to defame a resort for any reason but we are not at all satisfied with the stay there, staff is good, but the facilities is utter below average. Try to improve these.

I had a really negative experience at "Karapuzha Lakeshore Resorts"On July 13, 2024 with my friends. They are pulling pranks on us by pretending to have large, immaculate rooms while presenting us with unequipped, unprivate rooms. Not only do they not offer basic amenities, but they are charging ₹1200 per person.

We had to share the communal pool they offered with a few drunkards. We wasted valuable time conversing with their employees at eleven at night, which we should have been enjoying ourselves with our friends we hadn't seen for a long time.
