Overall - The property is very calm, clean and peaceful with surrounding forest sounds. If you want to spend time wothout any noise and away from the crowd, this is a best place. The asthetics of the property is well maintained. The property is recommendable.

Rooms - There 4 standalone rooms. It is for a nuclear family of 3 or maximum 4. There is a double bed available and for any extra person you have to avail an extra bed. There is kettle, wardrobes, table and chair available in the room. The glass doors gives a premium feel provided the greenery outside. The 4 rooms are at proper distance and not together.

Accessibility - The property is around 3 to 4 kms from Sultan Bathery. You need a vehicle to access the property. Is it just around 600m from mainroad. The approach road is small and you need to squeeze between the plants if you have an SUV or a big vehicle.

Cost - Cost is on the higher side. It can be reduced as paying so high might not be very justifying and the cost makes it a one time experience place and not affordable to most people in general. If you are the one who usually stays in 5 star hotels then it is very affordable to such category of people.

Food - I hadn't opted for food. But as soon as I entered the property, they provided a welcome drink. It was okay.

Facilities - There is wifi facility available throughout the property. Every room has a separate wifi available. There is hot water geyser available. There is parking space available for 4 vehicles.

Host - Host is kind and friendly with a warm smile. They make sure there is a person available in the property even at night to help the guests. If you have a kid and you need to cook food for the kid, the host is kind enough to allow that.

Activities - Activities available in the property are swimming pool, kids area which has slide, swing and merry go round. There is fooze ball and carrom board in the common area.

Improvements needed - The geyser available in the room is very small and is not sufficient for a single person too. You will have to fill half bucket and wait again for water to get heated to have a full bucket. I had visited the property during the rainy season and the walking pathway was slippery due to rain. These 2 things should be taken care of...
