⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Exceptional Stay at Hotel Liwa Tower – Highly Recommended!
I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Liwa Tower in Kunnamkulam. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, courteous, and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and the overall hospitality throughout my stay was top-notch.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The interiors were modern yet cozy, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day.
One of the highlights was the in-house restaurant – the food was absolutely delicious, with a good variety of dishes, both local and continental. Service was prompt and the staff made sure we were well taken care of.
The location is also a major plus – centrally situated, with easy access to nearby shops, temples, and transportation. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel maintains a peaceful and quiet atmosphere inside.

Read moreI had a very bad experience with the hotel. Me along with 2 of my colleagues occupied a room to attend a wedding which was happening near by. First of all, the rooms were ill maintained with dirty linen, leaking taps, inadequate services like no dental kit, no complimentary breakfast (very less options for the paid Breakfast)and even found cockroaches in the wardrobe. However we didn't raise an issue then as we had to stay for only about 10 hrs. But Once we checked out of the hotel we hada call from them that the linen we used was missing and accused us on taking it which they told that it was captured in the cctv. It was later informed that it was recovered and was their mistake. I wonder how can a staff misbehave to a customer without proper evidence? Also inorder to validate their argument, they even told about cctv capturing it. So does that mean they have kept cameras in your private rooms? The hotel team called my friends accusing them of taking a linen, claiming that CCTV footage showed them doing so. Despite my friend's explanation that they had only taken an extra bed linen provided in their room, the hotel team persisted. It was unclear whether they were implying that there was a camera inside the room, which was concerning.
After some time, they apologized, stating it was a housekeeping mistake, but this entire ordeal left my friends feeling humiliated.
