Not a negative review: We paid Rs.30000 for 5 people/2 nights..
Day 1: Travel to Anaikatti from coimbatore. Reached the resort around 3sh and there were few ppl taking pictures. There was no one to receive us and we had no clue where the reception was. I had to call the number listed on goibio and the person who attended the call guided us. We checked in and the rooms were nice. We had booked half board (includes Breakfast and one major meal). They didn't have a buffet and they had a long list of menu about 60-70 items in them. Out of that only 5 or 6 were available. They had only 3 drink options (watermelon, lime and papaya) and noodles and fried rice with couple of gravies. No sandwich or other continental items were available. We had to settle for noodles. The service takes forever to reach your home. Btw they dont have in room dining and we had to make a request to diner indoors.
Day2: limited breakfast options (no buffet) Took 30+ mins to serve breakfast for 5 ppl. We were the only guest sitting in the dining area. Lunch again we had to pick up from limited menu of noodles and rice items. Dinner same choices. Also we had issues with our AC in one of our rooms which was fixed immediately.
Day 3: we skipped bf as they had the same choices.
Bottom-line; They have a fantastic property. But the maintenance is extremely poor. Too much dust and if you have allergies don't even think of staying here. Mosquitos through the night. The staffs were trying to help us as much as they could but failed miserably because of lack of communication from the top. They didn't know about the foods choices. For 5 ppl we had to split the starters main course and dessert and had to pay extra in few cases even when we had half board. Saw the reviews on Google later only to realize most of the reviews are given by the same set of ppl. (some might be their own emps). They have lots of room to improve. I would have rated it a little higher if the price wasn't this high. They just didn't do justice to the price I paid for 2 nights. At a 5 star price they can't just provide a 2 star service. After spending Rs. 34000 for 2 nights all that I have is a spoiled birthday celebration cuz of the service and the ambience. And I don't generally leave reviews but in this case I Just want to create an awareness. It's not a bad place. It just needs to pick up on...

Overall the property has an elite ambiance and very scenic and tranquil. A must visit but please avoid weekends as it can get crowded with anyone who knows of its existence.
