I had the most amazing experience staying at Mandarin Sky. The service was well worth the cost they charged. Among the reasons that would bring me back here, one holds greater significance than the others: meeting Mr. Krishna Kumar, the night manager. He looked after us with an incredible smile and hospitality, the likes of which I've never seen. I wouldn't be sharing my thoughts at 3 in the morning if it weren't for his exceptional care. One of the best hotels we visited off late. The staff was courteous and really helpful. The rooms were near and clean, spacious and very well organized. We had booked a Deluxe Double Room which was very good, but we switched to Deluxe Suite which was in short- Awesome! Breakfast arrangements were also top notch with variety available for vegetarian food as well (which is hard to find in Kannur!).
