Disappointing Experience 😞

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this resort and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the resort's location and ambiance showed promise, the facilities and services fell short of expectations.

The swimming pool was surprisingly small, especially considering the resort's size and pricing. It was disappointing to see such a crucial amenity being so limited.

Frequent electricity cut-offs were another major issue. Water availability was also another concern. There were instances in the morning where water was scarce, and we had to wait for some time to access basic amenities.

The quality of towels provided was substandard. They were rough, thin, and lacked the comfort one would expect from a resort.

These issues significantly impacted our overall experience. Despite the resort's potential, the poor facilities and services made our stay disappointing.

The rooms were good and the food was delicious. The boys who were there to assist us were very positive and helped us in the best of their capacity.

Hope for improvement...

We stayed at this mountain resort with our family on 10th October 2025, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The place looked exactly like the photos – no surprises, just stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. A nice staycation. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always making sure our needs were met with a smile. Despite the limited space around the property, the landscape was beautifully maintained and felt straight out of a postcard. One of the biggest plus points is that it’s easily accessible even for elderly or physically unwell family members, as our private vehicle could reach right up to the doorstep – a rare and thoughtful feature for a mountain stay. We had a wonderful and relaxing time, and we’re so grateful for the care and hospitality. Thank you for making our stay so special! 😊

Rooms and location were too good, but the hospitality needs to be improved.

1. pool maintenance should be done periodically
2. bath towels need to be kept clean nd additional towels need to be provided (for 12 members we got 8 towels)
3. food quality need to be improved (mostly we bought outside due to that), even for tea nd coffee need to wait to bring it from outside of property
4. they are charging for water bottles, should atleast have some water filters available.
5. few additional hospitality items like hair dryer, additional bath towels, room cleaning need to be taken care.
6. Also, please Takecare of ur valuables since we had bad experience of missing few items.

One more thing, 1 km drive from main road to resort is bit steep. Plan...
