We had a very disappointing experience at Misty Queen because of the poor service provided by the staff. • The staff did not treat our bus crew properly. Before arrival, we were assured that food and accommodation would be provided for them, but this was not fulfilled. While all the other staff had their buffet meals, our crew was left out. • The campfire and music arrangements were extremely delayed, taking almost 4 hours to set up. Most of the arrangements were handled by our team manager, Mr. Salim. Without his efforts, nothing would have been organized properly. • Despite paying around ₹1,54,000, we did not receive the level of service promised or expected.

What makes this even more concerning is that our guests were senior doctors from different hospitals, all well-respected professionals. Their experience has been negatively affected, and they are likely to share this with others, which could harm Misty Queen’s reputation.

On top of this, your General Manager had told me personally that he knew me well, yet he did not even come to meet me during my visit. I was present there for over 3 hours and felt very disappointed by this.

On a positive note, I want to appreciate your chef. He was very professional, attentive, and followed up nicely. The food was delicious. Unfortunately, the poor service and lack of proper management overshadowed this.

Overall, it was a below-average experience. We need a clear explanation from your side and expect compensation for the inconvenience caused.
