I had an extremely disappointing experience at this resort during my sister's wedding. We had chosen this place expecting smooth arrangements and a comfortable stay but unfortunately things went terribly wrong. Around midnight the power supply to the entire property was disconnected. To make matters worse there was no backup power system in place which is a serious oversight for any resort especially one hosting major events like a wedding. Despite multiple attempts to contact the management there was no immediate response or effective solution provided. We were left in complete darkness and chaos with no option but to leave the resort. This not only caused immense stress to the entire family but also resulted in significant delays to the wedding schedule. What made the situation even more frustrating was the management's lack of accountability. They refused to acknowledge the issue and did not offer any form of compensation or apology for the massive inconvenience and disruption caused. The lack of planning and professionalism on their part was shocking and unacceptable, especially during such an important occasion.
