We recently spent 4 wonderful days at Namaha Homestay in Wayanad during the Christmas break, and it truly felt like a home away from home. As many previous reviewers have mentioned, both Aunty and Uncle went above and beyond to offer us incredible hospitality, delicious food, and rooms that were nothing short of 5-star quality.

The homestay is centrally located, making it easy to visit all the top attractions in Wayanad. Perched on a hilltop, the view from the rooms and their backyard is absolutely breathtaking. Every morning, we woke up to stunning panoramic vistas that made our stay even more special.

This was our first-ever homestay experience, as well as our first time in Kerala, so we were initially a bit skeptical. However, after reading positive reviews and browsing through their website, we felt confident in our choice. I’m so glad we decided to stay at Namaha Homestay instead of one of the typical 4- or 5-star hotels in the area. No hotel could offer the same personal experience, with home-cooked meals included—breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner—along with the comfort and warmth of a family setting. The food was a delightful mix of authentic Kerala dishes and North Indian favorites, all prepared with care and love.

Uncle Bala was also a huge help in planning our daily itinerary. Every morning, over a delicious breakfast, he suggested the best places to visit and even recommended great spots for shopping. His guidance made our trip even more memorable, and we felt truly cared for during our stay.
