Nikayam Heritage Home — Hotel in Kerala

Ive been to 17states in india but Nikayam was by far the best stay i have visited in all my journeys! It is a traditional kerala style wooden home renovated as a heritage home for visitors. I went with my family and they all loved the beautiful stay. Mr Rahul was really friendly person and he has helped us a lot right from reaching there to even plan our itenary for the visit. The propery is in the middle of a 10 acre farm land and thus you would need to go some 100 metre slight off road but dont worry Mr. Rahul got you covered, he will help out and he is ready to arrange his own vehicle to make your travel effortless. Lot of paasion and interest from his side has gone into this homestay. He along with one of his friend did all the renovation except for the front roofing. He hand painted the beautiful mural paintings you could find at the entry wall. A lot of local attractions around this area is at around 3 km from this property, including ramakkalmedu rock. I will defenitely be visiting this stay when im visiting...

2. this Home itself located in a beautiful spot. Near by one Hindu temple and church.
3. Home is very neat and clean. Newly renovated and painted.
4. Very caring owner. He addressed all our adhoc needs very swiftly. Home is inside garden and owner house is next this home. So, Anything urgent need, he will help you.
5. They are arranging local foods based on your need.While leaving, Owner was kind enough to gift us many local fruits. very nice gesture.

Nikayam Heritage Home is really home stay which we feel staying in our own house, Very nice place good and silent location were we stayed one more day. Mr. Raghul is kind and simple gentalman he helped our daily needs. His father and mother such a great persons, they also take care about our family. Wooden built rooms are 100 years old, they maintained still now neat and clean.

I recommend to all persons worth for money, separate kitchen is there to cook for our needs. LPG Gas cylinder is available for cooking needs. Really a rememberable place, and for sight seeing Mr. Raghul arrange a good person for off road tracking. Don't miss this place Nikayam Heritage Home. All the best...
