Honestly i wasnt expecting a room like this in a small town. In the room that i was given cleanliness of the linen was 90% - so needs improvement. AC wasnt cooling as one would expect in room 304 so on a hot day it wouldnt be of much help. I stayed here on a rainy day so it was ok, but the power went off at night so they had to turn on the generator whole night which was a bit noisy as it was facing my window. Safe parking so that is good too. I didnt have food here but i guess it might be good since there is a Bar attached to this place. No lift in this place. Read moreWorst hotel experience ever. They treat their customers like slaves, showing absolutely no regard for basic hospitality. The only thing they seem to care about is the bar on the 2nd floor.
The staff is incredibly rude, unprofessional, and seem annoyed by even the simplest requests. As for the manager, he’s the most uncultured person I’ve encountered in the service industry — completely lacking basic manners and customer service skills.

The reception had a cozy sofa where I sank awaiting the front office staff. The person arrived 4 minutes later. The check-in took longer than expected. We saw two rooms before settling into one. The bedsheets on box-mattress was dirty and was replaced after repeated requests. The attached bar(s) were on the expensive side. The rates of room service menu were on the higher side too.
