We had the most wonderful stay at Parudeesa and honestly, the name suits it perfectly — it felt like a little piece of heaven. From the moment we booked, the owner Jack and manager Priscilla kept in touch, checking in, reminding us about our stay, and making sure everything was smooth. That kind of personal attention is rare and really made us feel cared for even before we arrived.
The property itself is stunning — spacious, airy, and designed so thoughtfully. The terrace and balcony were our favorite spots, where we could all sit together, relax, and soak in the surroundings. We were a big family of 16, and there was more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable without ever feeling crowded.
A special mention to Priscilla — she was an absolute star. Warm, friendly, and always quick to help with anything we needed, no matter how big or small. Even when we arrived late, she made sure everything was ready and went out of her way to accommodate us with a smile. Her polite and genuine nature really added to the homely feel of the place.
What also touched us was how connected Jack remained throughout our stay, even though he’s based in Australia. He kept checking in, making sure we were happy and comfortable, which really shows how much he cares about his guests and the property.

My close friend and fellow citizen recently had his wedding at this place and he says “I felt like I was in Europe” -“Notre Dame Paris.“ Even though this place got all the great amenities. My friend says their hospitality was highly appreciated. My friend keep on saying “my wedding wasn’t a great experience without their assistance from picking up from airport, all wedding planning, shopping, photos,videos and finally arranging a spectacular wedding dinner with fireworks etc.” He says everyone would appreciate this magnificent place in the heart of the city. Parudeesa is a spotless, safe, homely place in the residential area of Cochin - Kerala, but within easy walking distance of both the Western and Eastern mixed high street called “Western Road”. Hot water 24/7, Wi-Fi 300mpbs, filtered water system, solar run electricity, colour coded waste management system, controlled water usage, the list goes on. Beneficial owner who will also pick you up/drop you off from/at the International Airport for a highly reasonable price.
