Jinu and her family is a gem and she is proactive and superb fast in responding and attending things. it was a heavenly stay. Things which is highlight in the stay: 1. Homely food. order in advance to taste Kerala authentic food with Jinus family. don't miss it. fresh , healthy and hygienic. 2. Any help or suggestions, please ask Jinu. she will be on your steps to guide you and suggest you better. 3. Food ordering. JInu will guide you. master in this matter. 4. Nature swimming pool. whole family enjoyed in the swimming pool and Jinu helped with the safety measures and guided us. 5. Tasty water available in the home. 6. spices we can get it from Jinus farm and original spices with good quality we can get. 7. Good balcony and tree house. Once you complete your trip. come and sit in the balcony. very good and peaceful surroundings will make you relax. You can get good comfy sit out. 8. Dinner we enjoyed with chicken gravy and chappathys and other keralas authentic food. all the food where unique and 5 star rated. 9. Our group of 6 people booked 3 rooms at this property on March 1 & 2, 2025. The host Jinu and her family are nice people who did their best to make our stay pleasant and provide good food. The location is great and surrounded by lush greens. A few things f note for other guests who might be booking at this homestay. There was no hot water in the shower, only in a tap. Toilet tank was leaking so the floor on the back side was always wet. Towels were of poor quality and fluff was all over the body after drying. There was a mounted fan on the side of the wall, but no ceiling fan. We found the rooms very hot during the first week of March. We couldn't open the windows because there was no screen on them to stop mosquitos and bugs from coming inside the room. The kitchen is not a full kitchen. You can only make tea/coffee. Only one electric outlet in each room. Jinu was gracious enough to accept this constructive feedback for future improvements to her property. I had an amazing time at this farm stay with my family. The host and family were super welcoming. There is a proper road leading upto the property and they provide ample parking space for cars. The location is blessed with lush nature, beautiful trees - fruits and spices, perfect for a peaceful escape. Nearby attractions include Panchalimedu, Parunthumpara view points and an off beat experience which host can assist with. Stay is on the first floor of a two-story home. All rooms were spacious, spotless, comfy, and had all amenities as in a hotel room. There is a natural pool in the property which adds an extra touch to the experience. We were served homemade food—yummy and super fresh ! Special mention to the hospitality from the hosts, who happily catered to all our special requests making us feel right at home.
