Perya Hills — Hotel in Kerala

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property located below a tea estate. The setting was absolutely stunning, with rolling hills of lush green tea plants stretching out. The property itself was spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and all the amenities one could need.

The owner (Mr Akness) and caretaker (Mr Binoy) were also incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible.

This is property is a bit away from major tourist attractions in Wayanad which was a slight discomfort for us.

Perya Hills is a wonderful homestay kinda accommodation you can find in Wayanad district of Kerala. The property is of a single house with all facilities such as 4 rooms, one kitchen two bathrooms, one dining hall and other facilities such as CCTV coverage, ample parking etc. There is a caretaker nearby to solve all your issues and for making necessary arrangements. My family and I had a delightful stay from December 27th to 29th.

We booked at the last minute and were initially hesitant, but the property's beauty and the surrounding tea estate were truly blissful.

We enjoyed the privacy of our pool without any disturbances.

The housekeeper (Akshay) was friendly and helpful.

The food delivered from NICE HOTEL was delicious.

While there were a few minor inconveniences, the owner was responsive and quickly resolved them.

The stay was well worth the price. We enjoyed a campfire under a pleasantly mild sky.
