Absolute gem of a house. Proximity to airport makes it an especially great place to either start or finish your Kerala adventure.

Located just 20 minutes (10 km) from the airport, it’s free from plane noise since the property lies south of an east-west runway. You can easily get an Uber to the airport for about ₹500 or reach Ernakulam town (Kochi) in around an hour (20 km), at roughly double the fare.

If you want to order food, swiggy seems to be the most popular app. You can sign in using a non-indian mobile number (will also send sign in code by WhatsApp) and use non Indian credit or debit card. There is also a fully equipped, functional kitchen (yes knives and scissors included)

The power points helpfully are all universal - India USA Europe, (but not Aussie, sorry Aussies ). They have an Alexa connected speaker and Google connected speaker. It's a Sony Bravia TV with preloaded apps. You have to sign in yourself.

select the "screen mirroring" as input source before activating it on your phone, but once you've done this, it's smooth on Android, (not as easy on son's iPhone). Or you could forget all this and watch the river flowing by.🙂 There is a gentle breeze blowing in from the river rustling the palm leaves , filling the air with a gentle crackling sound.
