Prinz Residency — Hotel in Kerala

During our stay at Prinz Residency, near Kaapad Beach, we had a pleasant experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. Everything was efficiently arranged, and the highlight was undoubtedly the delicious Kerala fish meal offered by the hotel. If you're a fan of authentic Kerala cuisine, this place is a must-visit.

Prinz Residency also impressed us with its impeccable hygiene standards, especially in the hotel's toilet facilities. The staff's dedication to cleanliness was evident, and it greatly contributed to our overall satisfaction. This combination of excellent service, hygiene, and delightful cuisine made our stay truly memorable, leaving us with no reservations in recommending Prinz Residency to others. Highly recommended!

I’m a frequent traveler and upon my friend’s recommendation I visited Vasco da gama beach resort Kappad. I direct fly from dubai to this resort, to be honest I was very disappointed from the entire team of Vasco da gama beach resort.

Next day, I checked out from there and moved to prinz residency. It was an awesome experience, good food and customer service as well. Best part it’s worth the money.

We have booked 9 rooms on September 7 2024 but when we arrived we got only 8 rooms we were travelling with 9 families and when we asked for one more rooms the staffs were rude and they replied "This is our hotel we wil do whatever we want". This happened at morning 3 Am. The rest of the members had to adjust in the allocated rooms. This hotel is not at all recommended. Please do not book this hotel.
