Roby' s ark is definitely the right place for anyone who wish to take a break from their mechanical strenous life.The cozy rooms, the dining area, the recreation place are all just superb. The food cooked and served by this simple man is beyond words. As a guest to the ark, my family and myself enjoyed every minute we spend there.The rambutan grove and the wide variety of birds which came to feed on the fruits with their chirping made our morning delightful.To add to our delight was the gurgling sound of the Achenkovil river waters breaking the silence of the night. If you're in Pathanamthitta and are looking for a homestay with a picturesque view, then Roby's Ark is the place to be. I have been here twice and both times, I returned with happy memories. The rooms have natural lighting and have a cozy feel. I particularly liked the restaurant area where there is large speaker where the host often plays good music. You can even break into a dance, because that's how comfortable Roby uncle makes you feel at his place. My friends and I had a good time jamming to the music.
