Went there to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. We booked it for 2 days The resort is located well inside... Though to reach there you have to go through a rough road. They have a number of villas. But the ine we got was a disappointment as it was not what we expected when we went through the photos. They told us it was for bachelor's and that was the only one available. It was also about 400m from the main area. Anoop, kiran and Jithin were helpful and told us we can change once one is available. But though the villa was disappointing, the view from the villa was breath taking.
There was an early morning trekking near the reservoir. The children's play area was small. There are other activities like zipline, giant swing and others. The Swimming pool was massive. Me and my daughter enjoyed it very much.
But the main point is the food. And I really have to congratulate Chef Dinesh on his skill. Every item was tasty. Breakfast was complementary and it was traditional. For dinner and lunch, we ordered from there itself. We had plans to go to Taj for dinner. We cancelled it mainly becoz of chef dineshs food. They even provided us with a cake when they came to know it was our anniversary. How thoughtful of them!
Overall enjoyed the stay very much. And I would definitely recommend it if u r planning to stay near...
Read moreI had the pleasure of staying at Seagot Banasura Resort and it truly exceeded my expectations. The resort's setting amidst the lush Banasura hills was breathtaking, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. Getting to Seagot Banasura Resort was an adventure itself! The road was a bit tricky—a 2 km bumpy ride that needed a skilled driver to handle it well. It was exciting but could be challenging if you're not used to such paths. Only those with good driving skills should attempt it. Once conquered, it made reaching the resort even more thrilling, setting the stage for the exciting activities that followed.
The accommodation was impeccable. The service was impeccable, with staff displaying warmth and attentiveness throughout my stay.
The highlight was undoubtedly the adventure activities. You could enjoy the zipline, cycling on the zipline, trekking, and swinging without breaking the bank. The resort made adventure accessible for everyone, ensuring that the thrill of these activities didn't weigh heavy on your wallet. It was a great deal for an exciting and memorable experience
All in all, Seagot Banasura Resort is a haven for nature lovers and adventure enthusiasts, promising a rejuvenating and memorable getaway. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a blend of luxury, nature,...
Read moreIt's an amazing place to stay for couples ,family and friends. The ambience is amazing. Food was good. Service could've been better. The facilities they offered free of cost was bonfire and trekking, paid were zipline, giant swing and rope cycling. The common washroom didn't have hot water facility, when informed they told they're working on it, even though when we checked in they mentioned that it has hot water facility,so check beforehand with them. The A frame cottage takes huge distance to travel especially the one with the lake view, it literally goes upto 100 steps to travel to the common area washroom itslef. That really felt like trekking especially with luggage. The breakfast which was not complimentary costed Rs.600 for us, which felt expensive. And it was our first anniversary which we celebrated there, and we informed them beforehand and even on arrival but they didn't do anything from their side to us, which didn't feel good as it was not customer friendly deed I would say. The travel to reach here is intense as there is no proper road to reach it's height so autos charge extra . Be careful because all tourist spots are very far away from this except Banasura Sagar dam,so plan your day...
