Fantastic property beside the Karingode river in Nileshwar Kerala. The rooms with the river view were very well appointed with all amenities, super spacious and very cozy. If I had the option, I would have been in it all day, as the view of the river with the odd small row boats moving around was just fantastic. Spotlessly clean bathroom, also well appointed with a hair dryer. There was no tub in our bathroom, but with kids, it's just what we wanted. Hot water is always available. There is a swimming pool and fitness club too. We didn't use the fitness club, but the pool seemed to be well maintained too. Extremely friendly staff. Excellent service provided. Although we didn't speak the local language, we were very impressed with the effort made to listen to our requests either in Hindi or English. The food is excellent and we loved all that we ate except the salad. I cannot complain at all. It comes across as a very professionally managed property with dedicated staff providing excellent service. They have fenced the property near the river. It is kid friendly, but it is recommended to keep an eye on smaller children. Even though we are used to humid weather, we were surprised with how relatively cooler the room felt on re-entry compared to the environment outside. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend or look to revisit in future. It was conveniently located in between bekal fort and kavvayi islands which we visited for fun...

I am a resident of Mangalore. I will not recommend this place to anyone for a staycation. Not worth the money (Rs. 4000/- per day) When we checked-in, no instructions were given, we had to ask for everything, even breakfast timings were not informed. The rooms were good and clean. Cannot call it a three-star resort, be it the facilities or service. The fridge was dirty, toiletries were minimal, and tea and coffee pouches were minimal. Includes only complimentary breakfast. In every place where there is a complimentary breakfast, there will be a buffet system, but here the staff takes the order unprofessionally with an attitude that will make us hesitate to order. Minimum variety provided. When asked for repeats, they told us that we will be charged extra. We had to ask for everything, be it cut fruits (very bad, looked unclean), be it juice. It was such a pitiful experience. The pool was clean. The gym area looked dark, dilapidated and unused. Also, there is no good view of the river, even from the rooms, also there was a patch of water where mosquitos were breeding. However, we had ordered food (chargeable), and the food was pretty good and in good quantity. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Very dull dry and boring place. Will never visit again. Was looking out for something like oyster opera resorts and chose this place and got disappointed. we would have got such facilities elsewhere for...

I loved the Food here. Hygienic and clean location beside the backwaters scenic view from dinning table.

I used to visit mostly on my business trips. You will enjoy here not only food, the view beside from the dinning hall to the backwaters from lane coconuts trees.

If you planning to visit here on evening times , sunset viewing is the best view from the backwaters side into the Arabian Sea .

Food cost is reasonable not too costly.

One can enjoy the food with family and friends .

This location is very near to Kasaragod 45mins (35KM) away from Nileshwaram .
