Thachoos Residency — Hotel in Kerala

I booked the hotel in advance with a an advance of Rs.500 towards booking. They did atleast two clerical mistakes in the booking confirmation but still I could understand it was a negligible human error.

Due to unforeseen reasons we could not take up the travel in the first place. We informed plan cancellation 3 days in advance.

But they have a policy matter to not refund 100% untill it is 7 days before booking.

And within 7 days it is 50%. They said no refund strictly.

Even hotels like Mariott and all have only 48 hours cancellation. Having a 7 day cancellation window is a big ask.

So to all those who are booking kindly read the entire terms and conditions which I did not do and pls book only just the day before going because even now there are rooms available...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely hotel and I must say that my experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the receptionist(afternoon time) who made sure that all of my needs were met. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. They were always available to answer any questions I had and offered great suggestions for places to visit in the area.

Worst, poor service, not bothered about customers. Never go for this. Plenty excellent properties available at ottapalam Worst experience I had by booking this lodge just for one day for 28 guests. Owner is greedy in getting money only, not ensuring prompt service.
