The Meenmutty Heights — Hotel in Kerala

I would like to express our disappointing experience at the resort. Upon arrival, we noticed that our room was not properly maintained. There were doubts regarding the cleanliness of the bedsheets, pillows, and other linens. It seemed as though the laundry service was not up to par.

Furthermore, it became evident that the management of the resort lacked an understanding of their clients' intentions for visiting the resort, which is primarily for entertainment and happiness. It appeared that the management assumed that guests would be content with simply sitting in their rooms.

Additionally, the equipment provided for activities was in poor condition. For instance, the rackets were broken and unusable. This lack of attention to detail and failure to ensure working equipment greatly affected our ability to enjoy the activities available.

In order to improve the situation, I would recommend that the management receive orientation or training on understanding and fulfilling the expectations of their clients. They should recognize that guests come to the resort seeking entertainment and happiness, and it is important to meet these desires. Furthermore, it is essential to ensure that all equipment provided for activities is in good working condition, allowing guests to fully engage and enjoy their time at the resort.

I hope that the management takes these suggestions into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to enhance the overall experience for...

Its not worth for price, people who have been going and staying was not safe. Roomz was not safe for adult and especially kids becouz spider, cocroches maybe you can find snake and ratz also... Reporeted to staff they said itz usual.. Not even they are reparing or mainting the furnitures as of long time use.. The view point stand are rusty and it not so safe who are going that way....no guidance from staffs.... The roadz leading to the resorts its much worse and to roomz.seem they have not repaired from been they have start from.. Same as all...each and every property in the resortz.. Chair, stool, bed, fridge,mug, coffe glass etc.. etc.. Another thing to point out is about food Worst for price and eating...the diiner not for price, double charge..Morning breakfast what they include... Dont understand what these resortz people are thinking about the guests are beggars.... So i request the management side plz change each and every item in roomz and outside get repaired or change with new one.... Also people looking or booking to this resortz plz check and confirm, not with the pictures (old puctures)you may seen in thier website and sharing or else who have taking booking showing you picture is not what you can find there... So be aware... and taking risk with you r life.....one think to point out view to nature great... and...

Best Resort In Wayanad - I am writing this review after staying 4 nights (30/01/2019 - 03/02/2019) at Meen Mutty Heights this month. This is the best resort that we could find in Wayanad. This property is located in a serene place surrounded by forests on all sides. We stayed at the Saphire Mansion which is a room that is located at the top of a mountain within the property. The views from the room and outside the room are mesmerizing, we could hear the sound of the river flow and the birds chirping throughout the day…. Amazing experience….

The staff of the resort are the biggest strength, everyone is so very caring, polite and always ready to help. Thank you Nithin and Jacob for all the support right from checking in at 9:30 PM, helping with planning the days and the property visit. Thank you Abhilash, the chef, for the wonderful food that you cooked for us, it tasted very good even for my 6 year old boy. Thank you Rahul and Saurav for taking care of us by serving the early morning coffee and food at our room, The entire team is amazing and you can be sure to have a wonderful time here. A big thanks to Mr. Prakash, the MD of the property for keeping the team this way so that we can enjoy our stay. I will definitely stay again and again and also would recommend to anyone who is planning to...
