THE RESORT IS NOT WORTH FOR THE MONEY THEY CHARGE. NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE!

The view from the resort is awesome. when you reach, you will have a nice experience. and the food they served was really good.

but, Although they charge for luxury amenities, not even a fraction of it is resort quality. I should say, unprofessional team runs a premium resort and they charge for luxury.

the restaurant they runs is like a thattukada setup. But in the reels and their video, it was like a premium restaurant. Sad. Private pool villas not so private. the nearest villa people can clearly watch whats going in our private pool villa. Then how come it private? Also the pool is not cleaning properly, some bad smell was there. Our chekin time was 2PM, but we reached in there round 3.30PM. first of all, they dont have good reception at all. the initial proof verification and all wad done at the restaurant i mentioned above. We got the first negativity from there. also had to pay the full amount before checkin. because they know that, they wont get full amount at the time of check out. Anyways, after check-in, we headed to the room, and it was so hot inside. All rooms are with AC, but they dont even turn it on and let it cool before checkin. The next negativity. they dont even provide drinking water. only bottle water is available. also the kettles were not available in few rooms. TV were not working in few rooms. If you want to experience the worst services this is the resort. We had booked for the main Onam holiday and had paid some money in advance. The lack of professionalism and any sense of service was evident from the moment we reached there. They didn’t have enough staff for anything. There was no one to take our luggage up the steep steps. The Onam sadhya (lunch) was terrible. The dining area was covered with flies. We got the lunch by around 2:30pm as they were serving for outsiders who came to the resort for site seeing. Finally when we got a seat there was only one guy to serve. The quality of food was terrible. Later when we ordered tea it took around 2 hours to get it. We had booked 4 rooms. One of them was still under construction and didn’t have any amenities like tv or even a kettle and they charged the same price (10,000/- ) for each room. When we complained to the reservation team regarding this they apologised and said we will be offered discount before making the remaining payment. But the operations manager (not sure if we can call him that) at the resort came to us immediately and demanded in a threatening way that we had to make the full payment immediately and started arguing with us.
