Well View Residency in Parassinikadavu is somewhat decent

Whenever we go to Parassinikadavu , we stay at well viwe Residency We have been to Parasshinikadavu several times

We have been to Parasshinikadu several times On 21st January 2024, we took the room at Well View Residency There were four of us staying in the room

It was a three-bed room and the rent was Rs.2000 Apart from Rs 2000 they bought extra Rs 500 which was returned at room checkout.

The next day on the 22nd we vacated the room

After that on the 6th of February, all four of us went to take room in the same well viwe Residency On that day we were told by the reception that we will not be given a 3-bed room, only a 4-bed room

When we went in January, there were four people, but we were given a three-bed room. When we went in February, there were four people, but we were told that we would not be given a three-bed room.

We were short of money but what else could we do, paid 2500 rupees and took the room

But that is not enough 500 rupees extra which will be returned when the room is vacated

We had only 3500 rupees with us and we can accommodate four people in the room where three people can sleep but they have given the room for four people.

It turned out badly for us We arrived late at night and could not get food from the temple

In these days, if you want to eat for four people, you need more than 500 rupees

So I slept hungry that night. The next day he waited till noon and went to the temple and had lunch

We came to Parasshinikadavufrom Kollur Mookambika

We vacated the room that evening and left for Kannur Due to necessity, we left for Parasshinikadavu that very night

After borrowing from our friend, we came again and took the room for 2500 rupees for the night

But the first thing we were shown that night was a bad room We told the reception that we should not pay 2500 rupees and sleep in a bad room

They showed us another room which was a disabled room and we said that we are canceling the room, they said no such option and after some time we were shown another room which was a good room.

I used to stay this hotel couple of times whenever i visit Parassini Temple. Because this hotel is just walkable distance from Temple and Decent tariff. ||||Even though the Food is over priced, i used to prefer the food here because its good !!.||2 days back i went to check in,||There was a Black colour- Short hight -Dirty faced fellow standing corner to reception. He wear a old faded blazer and shoe. . His fungi fancy dress shows that he is the manager or owner. But his facial Expression says that he was the "Ex Scientist from NASA" ||||Since i was a regular customer, previously they offer me a price of 900+ Tax for Ac room last 3 Visits. so this time i checked with the reception boy that my rate is this and pls confirm..!!|| ||Immediately the Fancy Dress Manager shows up and he arrogantly said " Our rate will be change season to season.. we don't have a fixed price tag.."||He not even give an eye contact and always playing with his mobile.||his tone was well clear that, " lets get out of this place asap !!! Worst experience with their Mother's restaurant. Along with my family we went to restaurant for dinner.We waited nearly 20 minutes for someone who takes our food order. When we are calling someone to take our order they were showing that person or this person will come and take our order.Afrer 20 minutes one lady came to take our order.And when we started sayi g the dishes name she told that food got over.Only chicken curry left. What kind of mannerism they have.They don't know how to treat their customers.We were waiting 20 minutes with kids and grandparents .If food gets over they could hv put closed board in front of restaurant . I don't want to give even a single star.When i asked regarding the food with their receptionist. He was telling we can't do anything as there was only one chef available. Restaurant guys didn't even apologize to us.Such a Ruthless people. Totally disappointed. If anyone wants to go to that restaurant,Before entering to that restaurant ask them clearly whether food is available or not.Also make sure that they are taking ur orders within 2 to 3 minutes...
