Hotel Kalyan Review – 4.5 Stars

We stayed overnight at Hotel Kalyan during our visit to Khambhaliya for a religious ceremony, and the experience was overwhelmingly positive. From the moment we arrived, everything about the hotel was fantastic. The cleanliness was impeccable, the atmosphere warm and inviting, and both the reception and restaurant staff were exceptionally courteous and efficient.

The food at the hotel restaurant was delightful, and the service was prompt and attentive. The room was well-equipped and very comfortable, providing everything one could need for a restful stay.

The only slight drawback, which seems to be a common issue in many Indian hotels, was the lack of immediate hot water in the shower in the morning. I spoke to the reception about it and was advised to let the tap run for a couple of minutes for the hot water to arrive. I had tried that before I spoke to the reception staff. It was inconvenient as both my wife and I had already had Luke warm water for our shower.

This minor hiccup aside, Hotel Kalyan offers an excellent stay and is highly recommended for anyone visiting Khambhaliya. With just a little improvement in the hot water system, it could...

On our way to Dwarka we were looking for place to stop for lunch ,our Panditji had suggested to stop only at Milan hote -the most famous place here . But seeing the long que at Milan we went to Kalyan’s which is just 100mts from Milan . We were greeted by a smiling and very well groomed F&B staff . We had order A la carte local Gujarati food dishes . While the. Food was being prepared one or the other staff kept us engaged by having good conversation and was also courteous to proactively do a show around of their bakc areas and kitchen. The store was very well organised and food items stored very hygienically . Best brands of raw food material were used . The washrooms were also very well maintained. The kitchen staff was also very well groomed and area was clean and hygienic! The food was delivered on table on 10 -15 minutes hot and fresh ! Towards the end the owner himself went table to table to gather feedback . Must say he is a very passionate owner who loves the business of serving people dil Se . Plz keep up...

We were there with our entire family of 7 for a religious trip and stayed at the hotel for a day. We were given a warm welcome by the hotel staff. The lobby was spacious with a good seating arrangement. They offered us refreshments and treated us with great hospitality. The rooms are very commendable. We were happily surprised to see such luxury in a small town in Gujarat. The rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. ||The hotel desreves a special mention for its restaurant downstairs. The food was simply mind blowing and lip smackingly good. We thoroughly enjoyed our entire stay with them. They also gave us a tour of their kitchen and it was so well kept and extremely clean. They were following the best possible hygiene standards and that was highly impressive. They also showed us their pantry and mentioned that they dont use ajinomoto in their dishes.
