Hotel Shiv Shakti — Hotel in Kiratnagar

I have stayed there for 02nd time. I've booked through Oyo, however; upon check-in, they have refused to check me in and stated that they are no longer accepting the bookings through Oyo anymore though, i have asked them to make the booking directly at the reception, as didn't wanted to drove all the way back and paid the double amount on what i suppose to pay through Oyo. I have called up Oyo with regards to same but they weren't willing to help me out on the same. Another suggestion is to be specific on the room service rates. I have ordered a paratha which was worth of RS 120 net [that what i was told by ordertaker] where upon departure i have ended up paying the additional GST on the same. Room's are good but though not visiting...

Standing literally in the middle of nowhere, about 20 km. from Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh)this place comes as a surprise. Hotel Shiv Shakti, at first glance didn't appeal to me but once inside, it was a different story. This is a Ground plus Four stories building. Has spacious rooms, large passages, wide staircase and Elevator. Rooms are clean and spacious. The Restaurant here serves only Vegetarian food but the food is good and tasty. Portions served are good for two people and the prices are reasonable. Good ambiance, large parking space, clean and efficient service. This Restaurant caters mostly to the Industrial clientele around the area. They also rent the place as wedding destination. Do visit on your way...

Revising my review for this hotel again, this is a four star hotel no doubts about it, the best part is the friendly and helpful behavior of the staff in the middle of nowhere, pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and large rooms, the food was great, though I had a few hiccups on Shiv Ratri due to the sudden rush, all was managed well by the hotel management. This is the perfect place to crash for the night or even stay for a few days if you are visiting the bhojpur mandir, there isn't much of sight seeing nearby but definitely my favorite place i ever visit...
