Hotel HR Greens — Hotel in Kurmeri

We had this whole property booked for 2 days for our family marriage fuction. Service is pathetic, even with multiple reminders things were not done, and shows rude behaviour. They even cannot manage a single water bottle on guests request. You need to struggle a lot for these services like water bottle, toiletries, cleanliness service. Bathrooms are not clean at all for maximum rooms. They just show their best rooms at the time of booking. so BEWARE.

In addition to this, there are just 2 small lifts which caused delay a lot, hence had to prefer stairs for 4 floors up down. The lady on the reception ignores the guest and doesnt care at all for basic attention.

Decent sized rooms with some basic amenities are provided with the room.

But the service is very very poor. You need to call them atleast 5-6 times for any need of yours to be fulfilled and that too can't guarantee.

I was there for 2 nights and 3 days and no channels were showing on the televisions in the rooms. They had not renewed their Tata Sky account. When we asked them about the channels not working, they kept on assuring us that they will start showing very shortly.

In the 3 days, I was there, I called them innumerable times and also personally went to the reception to complain about the issue but they kept on procrastinating the issue and finally i never got to see...

Marriage Function!

Decent place for various functions like marriage, birthday party, new year parties etc. The place is a comfortable and conveniently located property. A marriage hotel just outside the city but accessible by the highway MR 10. Lots of room and a big garden for events. Also, has a huge parking. Can improve upon cleanliness and service during events.

Pretty big Hall for Marriage and very big lawn for reception.

Overall, Well designed for parties and marriage, but need to improve maintenance...
