They would take half money advance directly after denying the booking done from booking.com and then without giving you service they charge the balance half while checking out. Then when you complain they would tell you ask refund from booking.com. The owner trys to act innocent after not giving bed, fan, food, no beverages even. And then says take your money back from booking.com His name is Nurbhu. If you try to call him he would block your number. Absolute cheaters. They think Ladakh is a remote place so they can cheat anyone like this and get away with it. Totally unprofessional and habitual offenders. They don't even have a hotel it's a lodge. They don't even have a single king/queen size mattress they would give you two single mattress with no fan in the room. The Set top box wouldn't work and the electricity would keep fluctuating whole night. The food is worse than a road side lorry. Don't waste your precious time and money on this place. I booked this property based on Google reviews. I had a booking for a Leh Ladakh trip with my family, which unfortunately had to be canceled due to weather-related flight cancellations. While other hotels were accommodating, either deducting a 30% cancellation fee or, in the case of a particularly exotic property in Leh, offering a full refund, Hotel Karma Inn's staff demonstrated a lack of courtesy and professionalism.
The manager was unresponsive to our calls and, when we did manage to get through, the calls were disconnected without any resolution or attempt to address our concerns. This lack of communication and insensitivity was disappointing and reflects poorly on the hotel's customer service standards.

While approaching the Hunder from Leh, we were unsure of what to expect. This place has a number of camping sites around. Thankfully, it turned out to be a decent Hotel.
The front-office staff at the reception and restaurant compromised of youngsters probably in their early 20s, all eager to assist and make our stay comfortable. The breakfast and dinner buffet spreads were par for the course. We were pleasantly surprised when our requests for some special dishes were accommodated at no additional cost. The room facilities were up to basic standards. Views from the room were excellent. Had the clouds been kind, we could have enjoyed sunrise sitting in the quaint balcony in cosy chairs.
The property has a decent lawn, where we warmed ourselves during bonfires lit in the evening. Extra heating bags and mattresses were promptly provided on request.
