Read moreFake review lol. Kehne se fake ni ho jata ...we have proof of Booking details too
The food and service were pathetic . For a hotel charging huge premium rates, in name of non veg they have served egg curry on both days because of some dry day . On other day as well they served egg curry instead of chicken because they serve egg one day and chicken the other day. Other premium hotel in the same rates whatever we have stayed in serve non veg dish daily (at least chicken daily). On top of that if they were not serving chicken atleast they could have served some good curry in veg but they chose to serve lauki .Also halwa had burnt peanut in place of almonds, there was no ghee , very less sugar . It literally tasted like sweet upma. The hotel clearly prioritizes cost cutting at the expense of customers even after charging hefty money
Better not to opt food during bookings
Also hot water supply was supposed to start at 6 am but it didn't I had to bath with really cold water . Later after calling them they started hot water supply which clearly shows their level of service
Internet connection was not stable . Not sure why but may be because they gave us room in 3rd floor
They can't even take a single negative feedback. They ask customer to put good reviews by giving free incentive thats how they reached 4.6 rating which is completely fake. Hotel/homestays in remote village in rest of ladakh were far better. Those hotels even offered evening tea which was in our package but in this hotel we paid for evening tea as well to which she is saying we didn't pay lol
There were flies in room & they bite us like anything & roaming all over food. when it was our last day in Ladakh we didn't have any choice but to stay here since our tour operator already paid them they gave us room which had nets on window. So in second time stay they took care of flies thing because by that time I had put review and they wanted to fix that by making things right & giving free food
Please check other reviews which has same exact negative...
Read moreIt's very difficult to find this type of hotel/stay in today's world. Really very good place to stay if you are visiting Ladakh. Airport is nearby, leh main market is also very close and so is the Hall of Fame.
They are located opposite to army training camp, you can get clear view of mountain from here, no crowd around be it anytime of the day and best of all is that you feel safe to roam around here (at least we did). Our group walked from the Hall of Fame to here (a stretch of around 2km with no one around) late in night at around 1 may be and we didn't feel afraid for even 1 second.
Now that's just about the location, what makes this place so comforting and homely is their super helpful and courteous staff. 🤸🏻
They will help you with anything and everything, from getting a taxi at a bargained price to a jug of hot water in the middle of the night.
On arriving, the very first thing that they did was help us in adjusting to the high altitude and educate us about the useless tips and tricks available on internet for the same.
They started their kitchen to prepare lunch for just one person, they started kitchen again when we randomly asked for tea or hot water, they kept our luggage in storage when we went to visit other places for couple of days, they helped us get tickets for the Hall of Fame show, they even helped us in maintaining our noise at around 2 in the morning when the other guest complained about it (they gave us extra matress to put on the window and the door so that less noise got out 😅)
There were many such scenarios where they went extra mile to adjust us and their other guests, never seen such kind of accomodating, helpful and courteous staff before.
I would recommend them to everyone travelling to Ladakh, especially the ones going for...
