LakeTso House Pangong — Hotel in Ladakh

Worst stay I've ever lived in. The service is non existint at all. The manager of the stay is very rude and uncivilized. When we went to the stay they refused to go s us the room which we had booked. The manager kept arguing that we can't go s the room which was booked by us. Later when we raised the voice he agreed and gave the room. They didn't even offer tea. When asked for tea he told dinner will be ready in 1hr so you guys have dinner directly. The rooms are very small and the toilet is smaller. They refused to give hot water claiming there is no water at all. When we argued, they have water which was not even lukewarm. When questioned the manager instead of accepting his mistake and working on fixing the issue he kept arguing and saying we can't do anything. Out of the 9 people only 2 people took bath in cold water. Rest of them took bath in the next stay. Don't ever book...

Situated directly across from the stunning Pangong Lake, this hostel offers breathtaking views and an unbeatable location. Beyond the serene lakeside setting, the owners provided excellent hospitality, promptly accommodating us despite our late arrival.

The highlight was the delicious traditional Indian cuisine the owners prepared. The flavorful homemade meals, especially the tasty supper, were a perfect complement to the welcoming atmosphere.
