If you're visiting Pench National Park and looking for a perfect spot to unwind after an adventurous safari, Bison Treat Restaurant is a must-visit. Nestled in the heart of nature, this quaint restaurant offers not only a delicious culinary experience but also a serene atmosphere surrounded by lush greenery. The restaurant itself is located in a prime area of the park, making it an ideal stop before or after your safari excursion.

Ambiance & Surroundings: The restaurant is enveloped by the famous Mother Tree, a majestic and ancient tree that provides a natural canopy, giving the place a peaceful and earthy vibe. The shade and the soothing sounds of nature make it a perfect place to relax and enjoy your meal. It's a unique experience dining under this vast and imposing tree, which stands as a silent guardian to the surroundings. The rustic and nature-inspired décor of Bison Treat blends seamlessly with the beautiful landscape, offering a tranquil dining environment.

Cuisine & Experience: As for the food, I can’t recommend it enough. If you're a fan of bold, flavorful dishes, the Saoji-style chicken here is a must-try. The dish has a perfect balance of heat and spices, cooked to perfection with a rich, aromatic gravy that complements the tender chicken beautifully. The flavors are an explosion of traditional spices, and it’s sure to leave your taste buds tingling. If you're a lover of biryani, their biryani is also an unforgettable experience — perfectly spiced, aromatic, and made with the finest ingredients. It’s a real treat for anyone who enjoys traditional, well-executed Indian cuisine.

Things to Do Around Bison Treat Restaurant: While the restaurant itself is a relaxing haven, the real charm lies in the activities you can enjoy around it. Located near Pench National Park, it's the perfect base for exploring the park. Here are a few things you can do nearby:

Safari in Pench National Park: Pench is famous for its tiger sightings, and a safari here offers a chance to experience the beauty of the jungle firsthand. The park is home to an impressive range of wildlife, including tigers, leopards, deer, and numerous bird species. The safaris are guided by experts, ensuring you get the most out of your experience.

Trekking and Nature Walks: The lush landscape around the restaurant provides numerous opportunities for nature walks and treks. You can explore the nearby trails, catch glimpses of wildlife, and soak in the peaceful environment of the forest.

Visit to the ‘Mother Tree’: The Mother Tree is not just a feature of the restaurant; it’s an important part of the surrounding ecosystem. You can spend some quiet moments sitting under its vast branches, learning about its role in the local environment. Many locals believe it holds spiritual significance, and it’s a perfect spot for reflection and appreciating the natural beauty of the area.

Bird Watching: Pench National Park is a haven for bird watchers, with over 280 species of birds to observe. The surrounding areas near the restaurant are also great for spotting birds, particularly early in the morning or late in the afternoon.

Nearby Villages & Cultural Exploration: If you have time, explore the nearby villages for a glimpse of local life. Many of the locals are involved in traditional crafts and farming, and it’s a great way to immerse yourself in the region’s culture.

Whether you're visiting Pench National Park for wildlife or simply to escape into nature, Bison Treat Restaurant provides the perfect blend of great food, peaceful ambiance, and a deeper connection with nature. The Saoji-style chicken, biryani, and the unique Mother Tree make this place unforgettable. It’s not just about a meal, but a complete experience. Highly...

"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bison Treat Restaurant, and I must say it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and inviting, with a charming rustic decor that perfectly complements the theme. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, providing excellent recommendations.

Now, let's talk about the food. The selection of dishes featuring bison meat was outstanding, and each dish was prepared with great care and attention to detail. I tried their Bison Tenderloin Steak, and it was cooked to perfection, incredibly tender, and bursting with flavor. The accompanying sides were also delicious and beautifully presented.

What truly impressed me was the restaurant's commitment to using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. It's evident that they prioritize sustainability and support local producers, which is something I truly appreciate.

Overall, Bison Treat Restaurant offers a dining experience that is truly exceptional. From the delectable food to the welcoming atmosphere and top-notch service, every aspect of my visit exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a unique and memorable culinary experience. You won't be disappointed!"

It was a great experience at your resort, tottaly nature vibes and a warm and pleasant feel of nature, except the location everything else was average standard. The duty manager at night was rude while the morning staff was well mannered. The morning manager arranged our EV car charging point. That's the reason we stayed there and Public AC Charging Stations: Costs vary depending on the service provider, but generally range between ₹7 and ₹10 per unit. With this range, a full charge could cost between ₹250 and ₹350 but that rude manager at checkout time asked for ₹2000 for charging cars and showed a favour told that we gave you this charging facility. 🚗 after negotiation. He takes ₹1500 and this was a bad experience 👎 for a good business. Bison Treat needs to provide reasonable prices for guests. Suggestions for Improvement Staff training: Provide training to staff members on customer service and communication skills. Transparent pricing: Clearly display pricing for services like EV charging to avoid surprises. Consistent service: Ensure consistent service quality across all departments and staff members.

By addressing these issues, Bison Resort can improve the overall guest experience and build a...

This is so far the best stay experience I have ever had in any of my safaris. We stayed at 2 of their properties & both are purely heaven like. The jal Mahal has obviously great view and also a good amount of animal sightings. The second property was Daldali machan. OMG this is the thing you need when you ant to escape reality. It is situated in middle of the jungle, but still you have almost luxurious facilities provided with the best and natural touch n feel of actually staying in JUNGLE. The rooms are cozy, their ambience and surrounding is nearly breat taking, The food is very tasty and you have many verities. The best part is their service. You can get almost everything as per your choice. In the rooms or in their dining area or even at the safari. The staff is very polite and friendly. Surely makes you feel like home. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU do consider their properties and experience their amazing hospitality. This was the very best and actually what I needed when I said "I'm going in jungle"...
