It was a great experience at your resort, tottaly nature vibes and a warm and pleasant feel of nature, except the location everything else was average standard. The duty manager at night was rude while the morning staff was well mannered. The morning manager arranged our EV car charging point. That's the reason we stayed there and Public AC Charging Stations: Costs vary depending on the service provider, but generally range between ₹7 and ₹10 per unit. With this range, a full charge could cost between ₹250 and ₹350 but that rude manager at checkout time asked for ₹2000 for charging cars and showed a favour told that we gave you this charging facility. 🚗 after negotiation. He takes ₹1500 and this was a bad experience 👎 for a good business. Bison Treat needs to provide reasonable prices for guests. Suggestions for Improvement Staff training: Provide training to staff members on customer service and communication skills.
