Hotel Shanvi Landmark Resort Panna — Hotel in Madhya Pradesh

Disappointing service experience, average food – not worth the "VIP" tag.

I visited Shaanvi Hotel in Panna and ordered their much-promoted "VIP Thali" priced at ₹350. The staff repeatedly told me it would take 40–45 minutes to prepare — a clear attempt to persuade me into ordering something else. It felt misleading, especially since the food arrived much earlier than stated. When I asked for a coffee, I was told it wasn’t available after 1:30 PM — an odd restriction for a restaurant.

When the thali finally arrived, it was underwhelming — a few small portions of paneer, mixed veg, dal, rice, and chapatis that were already cold and rubbery. Presentation was poor, and nothing about it felt “VIP.” The taste was average at best, and certainly not value for money.

While the ambiance is decent, the service staff lacked professionalism and the overall experience didn’t live up to expectations. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have no better option...

Shanavi Landmark is one of the best hotels in town. The food the service the room the area of resort everything is just exceptional as per the city standards. We have been to this place like numerous times and we have never seen any issue with the place. Great place for have any sort of function like wedding Birthday Parties anniversary party or any personal or professional sort of event you wany. The location of the resort makes it amazing and the way the gardens have been kept is one of its sort.

Place has pool play area for kids and very nice ambience u talk about inside the hotel or in the garden.

Basically if you want to have a peaceful time with family this is the best place.

Now do not expect the services like a five star taj or oberoi hotels but the price for which its available its a steal deal....
