ROYAL STAY — Hotel in Madurai

Ok so first of all about the pictures ...plz do not get fooled by the pictures the room weren't clean at all the bathrooms were too old the furnitures were shaky and AC wouldn't cool down ...the TV was not switching on and the sheets had holes in them ...it was a total mess. Secondly about the check in ..we checked in into the hotel room at 10:40 p.m approximately and we were asked to vacate the room by 4 p.m the next eve while paying the total rent of 24 hours There is no food facility in room service The location was quite interior Whatever we saw in pics gave us a good expectation while we went there it was a total disaster ..we were thinking about even vacating and finding a new place ,it was that worse especially the bathroom really drove us up the wall.I do not suggest this place it is a total waste of money and a mood...

The is nothing +ve in property.. I payed ₹2000 per Room And in return I got Uncleaned bathroom... Ugly bed spread and blankets.. Corroded bathroom fittings.. No drinking water... Filthy wall... More than that Rude caretaker Mr, Mohammed and inhuman... Totally this property is not at all suitable for family stay

Very worst hotel.. I had a very bad experience this time by choosing this hotel for stay via makemytrip. Toilet was not even flushing, No sanitation provided, Ambience was very bad and they said its normal. Manager was very rude. I did the checkout one day earlier itself and I told the manager but they didn't give any refund. Please stay away from such hotels if you want to avoid such...
